For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside financial advisors and wealth management teams, helping them build stronger businesses through operational excellence, team effectiveness, and an exceptional client experience.

As the founder of Horizon Partners, I serve as a strategic practice partner to advisors who want to build businesses that are not only more efficient today, but more valuable tomorrow. Together, we identify opportunities to increase capacity, strengthen collaboration, elevate the client experience, and create sustainable growth. As the industry continues to evolve and advisor demographics shift, I also provide guidance on succession planning, business valuations, and acquisition opportunities that support thoughtful long-term planning.

Before founding Horizon Partners, I held leadership positions with Morgan Stanley and Vanguard Investment Management Company, where I led cross-functional teams and specialized in practice management, operations, risk management, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and talent development. Recognized as a leader who understands both the human and operational sides of business, I combine emotional intelligence with deep operational expertise to help advisory teams unlock their full potential.

My work begins with understanding how a practice truly operates—not only its workflows, but its communication, leadership, team dynamics, client experience, and opportunities for growth. Rather than prescribing solutions, I guide advisors and their teams through a collaborative process that uncovers practical, customized improvements they help create, believe in, and ultimately sustain.

While business optimization is the cornerstone of my work, I also provide leadership and team development when it directly supports business performance and long-term success. Whether strengthening an advisory team, providing an independent business valuation, or coaching leaders through growth and change, every engagement is designed with one objective: creating a healthier, stronger, more valuable business.
